Dogwood vase is made of Alabama clay and features a single raised dogwood flower on the front of the vase. The piece measures approximately 4 3/4" high x 3 1/4" wide.
Each piece of work is formed by the artist from Alabama clay that is shaped into unique handmade art that is as varied as the clay it came from. Coloring of off-white and orange brown swirls distinguish each piece from the other.
These are the works of Karen Stewart, daughter of Carl Stephens, who originally founded Carl’s Clays.
Alabama clay for these beautiful pieces is taken from a creek bed in the Coosa River in Wetumpka, AL.
